Great gelato! It tastes good, and the service is fast and great. We stopped by after dinner one night as we were waking back from the Cathedral.

Best gelato in Italy! Periodt!!! They have seasonal fruit flavors and everything is super naturale, so no preservatives, just real natural ingredients and flavors. Taste is the best I've had so far in Italy

Best gelato I've ever had, including in the states + my time in Italy. And I had gelato almost every day. My friend recommended it and luckily it was close to Duomo, so after climbing all those 343287 stairs and back down, it was definitely needed. I got the yogurt and pistachio flavors. OMG!! I have never in my life tasted pistachio gelato like this. I normally like the Haagen dazs pistachio ice cream but this was a whole 'nother level. It is so creamy, with the perfect nutty after taste. The yogurt was also very refreshing, and just the yogurt tasting gelato flavor I wanted. Back in California and missing Grom so much!! Everybody in my family enjoyed their gelato here.

I visited Florence six years ago and I remember how much I loved the gelato here. I came today and it was still one of the best gelato I had.yum.

For a chain this has great Gelato. We stopped here after dinner on a hot August night. The gelato was excellent but you must enjoy it right away since it melts fast.?
